== Accessibility ==

Vara SaaS is designed to be accessible to a broad range of users and is
committed to meeting the WordPress Accessibility-Ready theme guidelines.

The theme provides:

* A "Skip to content" link that is the first focusable element on every page.
* Semantic landmarks (banner, navigation, main, complementary, contentinfo).
* A single main landmark per page and a logical, non-skipping heading hierarchy.
* Full keyboard operability for the primary navigation and its dropdown
  submenus, including arrow-key traversal, Enter/Space activation, Escape to
  close, and focus return to the trigger. Submenu state is exposed via
  aria-expanded.
* Visible focus indicators and form fields with associated labels.
* An accessible name for every interactive control, including icon-only
  buttons.
* Alternative text support on images, with decorative images marked
  aria-hidden.
* Reduced-motion preferences respected via prefers-reduced-motion.
* Links that open in a new tab announced to assistive technology.
* Visually hidden (screen reader only) text utility for labels that should not
  be displayed visually.

Limitations and known issues:

* Page builder content (for example Elementor or Gutenberg blocks) inherits
  its accessibility from the content an author creates. The theme cannot
  correct heading order, link text, or alternative text inside such content.

Recommended plugins, forms, and contact features:

* Contact Form 7 (https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/) is recommended
  for contact forms. Its fields ship with their own labels.

Support or bug reports for accessibility issues can be filed in the theme's
support forum.
