Tendo is a clean and minimalist block theme built for the WordPress Site Editor.

== Description ==

Tendo is a clean and minimalist block theme built for the WordPress Site Editor. Monospaced body text is paired with bold sans-serif headings on a quiet, neutral canvas. Switch the palette from the Styles panel, pick a page template, and use the included block patterns to shape your content.

* Four color presets: Tangerine, Chill, Lavender, and Moss, on top of the neutral default.
* Three typography presets: Serif, Sans, and Mono. System fonts only; nothing is downloaded from a third party.
* Blank and Page (No Title) templates for landing pages.
* Info Card, Links in Bio, Posts Grid, and Keep Reading block patterns.
* Block styles: a striped Separator, a Contrast section style for Groups and Columns, and Badge post terms.
* A header set to Sticky in the editor stays pinned, clear of the admin bar.
* Translation ready. All template strings live in PHP patterns.

== Installation ==

1. In your admin panel, go to Appearance > Themes and click the Add New button.
2. Click Upload Theme and Choose File, then select the theme's .zip file. Click Install Now.
3. Click Activate to use your new theme right away.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Where are the color options? =

Open the Site Editor, choose Styles, then Colors. The Tangerine, Chill, Lavender, and Moss presets are listed there, and every color in the palette can also be changed by hand.

= Does Tendo work with the Classic Editor? =

No. Tendo is a block theme and requires the Site Editor.

== Upgrade Notice ==

= 2.0.0 =
A full rebuild for the Site Editor. The default palette is now neutral; to keep the orange look from 1.x, open Styles, then Colors, and choose Tangerine. Existing colors, font sizes, spacing, templates, and the striped separator keep their names, so customized sites carry over. Requires WordPress 6.6 and PHP 7.4.
