The theme you have downloaded ( Rapid ) is an open source theme for the WordPress blogging platform. The theme makes a great personal blog but can also be used for commercial use. You may also edit and redistribute the theme as you like as long as you abide by the rules and constraints of the GPL ( copy can be found in root folder of this theme ). However, while you are not required to do so I ask that you please leave the links to MR Web Design and WordPress intact. Doing so helps increase the visibility of the theme and of WordPress.

Custom Fields

image : The rapid theme comes with a custom field named "image". To use it first create the custom field and name it "image". Then for the value copy and pase the full image url. This will place an image on your home page alongside the post you assigned it to. Note : The image will not carry over to the single post. If you want the image there as well you can add it using the tool bar above the Wordpress posting area. It was set up this way so users can have one image on the home page and a separate image ( or no image ) on the single post page.

metadescription :This allows you to set a unique meta description for each page / post. First create the custom field and name it "metadescription". Then set the value to be the meta description of the page / post.

metakeywords :This allows you to set unique meta keywords for each page / post. First create the custom field and name it "metakeywords". Then set the value to be the meta keywords of the page / post separated by commas.
