Build client-ready WordPress audit and maintenance reports covering site health, updates, security, backups, HTTPS, and WooCommerce.

== Description ==

Client reporting should not require rebuilding the same WordPress site audit from screenshots, update notes, and scattered checklist items every month.

Web Plura Agency Reports is a WordPress client report, site audit report, and maintenance report builder for agencies, freelancers, and site maintainers who need a clear local handoff from wp-admin.

Use it to create a client-ready WordPress maintenance report before a monthly update, support handoff, WooCommerce review, or care-plan check-in. The report summarizes local site signals that clients can understand: site health, update context, security posture, backup tool visibility, HTTPS status, and WooCommerce presence when WooCommerce is active.

This version runs locally in the WordPress admin. It does not email reports, collect client records, track visitors, require an external account, restrict local report features, or transmit report data externally unless an administrator enables optional telemetry.

== Privacy ==

Agency Reports stores a bounded local report transient, a last report timestamp, bounded local report history, local section preferences, and optional report profile fields in WordPress. Optional profile fields include agency name, logo attachment ID, client display label, intro message, closing message, and custom work notes. Report output is limited to local site configuration signals such as WordPress version, PHP version, update counts, HTTPS status, backup tool presence, WooCommerce presence, and administrator-entered report notes.

The plugin does not store client contacts, email recipients, visitor personal data, passwords, secrets, analytics identifiers, or customer records. It does not email reports or transmit report data externally in this local version. Optional telemetry is disabled by default and is not required for local report building.

Uninstalling the plugin deletes its local options and transient.

Admin menu counters may show locally cached actionable findings or jobs. Counters are local-only and do not trigger scans, external calls, tracking, or feature restrictions during menu rendering.

Automatic update checks use WordPress.org for public packages.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the `web-plura-agency-reports` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/` or install the plugin ZIP in wp-admin.
2. Activate the plugin through the `Plugins` screen in WordPress.
3. Open `Agency Reports` in the WordPress admin sidebar.
4. Set the agency display name if desired, then refresh the local report.

== External Services ==

This local version does not transmit report data externally unless an administrator enables optional sanitized telemetry categories.

The plugin reads local WordPress configuration, site health signals, update counts, HTTPS status, backup tool presence, and WooCommerce presence. Reports are viewed or exported manually by the administrator. No client contacts, email recipients, visitor personal data, passwords, secrets, analytics identifiers, or customer records are sent externally.

Optional telemetry can be enabled by a site administrator from the plugin telemetry settings. It is disabled by default and is not required for local report workflows. When enabled, the plugin may send selected categories to Web Plura at `https://api.wplura.com/v1/plugin/telemetry/events`:

* Usage analytics: plugin lifecycle, consent, and version events.
* Error diagnostics: sanitized plugin error category, severity, component, message code, and fingerprint.
* Environment diagnostics: coarse WordPress, PHP, multisite, locale, and plugin version metadata with consented events.

The recipient is Web Plura. The data is used to understand plugin reliability and compatibility. The plugin does not send report contents, profile fields, client labels, custom work notes, HTML exports, personal records, passwords, API secrets, JWTs, authentication headers, request bodies, full file paths, raw stack traces, or unrelated personal information. Consent can be withdrawn later from the plugin telemetry settings, and local report workflows continue working when telemetry is disabled or unavailable.
