TrustBeacon 0.1.11 candidate - local validation

PHP runtime: 8.3.6
PHP lint: 24 production files passed
test-dkim.php: DKIM: 39 checks passed
test-abilities.php: Service/abilities: 30 checks passed
test-runner.php: Runner: 4 checks passed
test-presentation-helper.php: 22 assertions, 0 failed.
test-render-smoke.php: 37 assertions, 0 failed.

Total: 132 checks/assertions, zero failures. DNS and WordPress behavior in these tests use deterministic fixtures/stubs.
JSON Schema Draft 4 validation was also performed on both ability schemas and a report fixture.

Not yet validated: live WordPress ability registration, HTTP authentication/authorization behavior, real WPVibe transport, live dashboard POST, and visual appearance in wp-admin. The generated HTML was smoke-tested, including escaping and both compatibility-notice branches.

Before public release: install this combined candidate on a backed-up test installation; run a dashboard audit; discover and invoke both abilities through WPVibe; compare timestamp/findings; verify a nonadministrator cannot invoke them; inspect the page visually. Keep the original 0.1.10 archive for rollback.

This release retains the existing non-DKIM public-indicator checks and their limitations. It does not claim to have corrected or revalidated every checker.

Reproduce local tests with PHP CLI (not a browser):
php -n tests/test-dkim.php
php -n tests/test-abilities.php
php -n tests/test-runner.php
php -n tests/test-presentation-helper.php
php -n tests/test-render-smoke.php
Test files reject web execution. The service test writes two JSON fixtures in tests/.
