Installation and Setup

1. Download "RingCaptcha Phone Verification & SMS Order Notifications for WooCommerce".
2. Extract the .zip file. It contains 3 folders: documentation, licensing, and ringcaptcha2woocommerce.

3. Locate the folder named "ringcaptcha2woocommerce" and compress it to a .zip file.

4. Go to your WordPress Dashboard » Plugins » Add New » Upload » Select "ringcaptcha2woocommerce.zip", click "Open".

5. Next, Click "Install Now"

6. Click "Activate Plugin".

7. After Activation, Go to WooCommerce Dashboard » RC2wooCommerce Dashboard.

8. Go to RingCaptcha and register to get your App Key and Secret Key.

9. After Registering, login to your account and create a new app. Under "My Apps" tab, click "Create New".

10. A window will pop up. Choose "Web" as App type.

11. Input your website’s domain name. "Localhost" is accepted for development purposes. Click "Create App".

12. You can now view your newly created app from the dashboard. Now you can see your App Key and Secret Key.
    (Note: If you see **** in Secret Key, just click it and it will reveal your key).

13. Copy and paste the App Key and Secret Key into your WooCommerce RingCaptcha Settings. Also check the checkbox to enable RingCaptcha2wooCommerce. Click "Save Changes".

14. Congratulations! Now you can use the different functionalities of the WooCommerce RingCaptcha plugin!

Third-Party Service Disclosure

This plugin utilizes RingCaptcha, a third-party service that provides phone verification and SMS notifications. By using this plugin, you acknowledge that data related to phone verification and SMS notifications will be sent to RingCaptcha's servers.

When Data is Sent

Data is sent to RingCaptcha under the following circumstances:

• When a user enters a phone number for verification during the checkout process.
• When SMS notifications are triggered for order updates.

How to activate SMS Notifications

1. You can send us an email at "support@ringcaptcha.com" or contact us on our Intercom live support at https://ringcaptcha.com
if you want to turn on SMS Notifications.
2. After we activate SMS functionalities with your RingCaptcha account, check "Enable SMS Notifications".

3. Check the "Enable admin notifications" if you want to receive SMS notifications whenever a customer places an order.
   You could also edit the content of the SMS. Input your own phone number for SMS notifications.

4. You can set up your page to automatically send SMS notifications to customers on certain states regarding their orders.

5. Bonus: You can send direct SMS to your customers if you want to reach them out!
