== Installation ==

1. Upload the `oikko-team-management` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`  
2. Activate the plugin via the **Plugins** menu in WordPress  
3. Navigate to the plugin dashboard and configure your team settings  

== Privacy ==

This plugin can optionally connect to the OpenStreetMap Nominatim API
(https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org) to convert coordinates into location
names. This feature is disabled by default and can be turned on or off anytime
from the plugin settings. No personal or identifiable data is transmitted.

**Usage Analytics (Appsero)**

Oikko – All-in-One Team Management uses [Appsero](https://appsero.com) SDK to collect some telemetry data upon user's confirmation. This helps us to troubleshoot problems faster & make product improvements.

Appsero SDK **does not gather any data by default.** The SDK only starts gathering basic telemetry data **when a user allows it via the admin notice**. We collect the data to ensure a great user experience for all our users. 

Integrating Appsero SDK **DOES NOT IMMEDIATELY** start gathering data, **without confirmation from users in any case.**
