Canadian mortgage calculators with lead capture, built for mortgage brokers.

== Description ==

Mapletools Canadian Mortgage Calculators gives Canadian mortgage brokers professional calculators for their WordPress websites — with the math done the Canadian way (semi-annual compounding, B-20 stress test, CMHC premiums, provincial land transfer taxes).

**Free version includes:**

* Mortgage payment calculator with Canadian semi-annual compounding
* Monthly, semi-monthly, bi-weekly, accelerated bi-weekly, weekly and accelerated weekly frequencies
* Full amortization schedule
* Affordability calculator with the B-20 stress test (GDS/TDS ratios)
* CMHC insurance premium calculator
* Land transfer tax calculator (Ontario, BC, Toronto municipal tax, first-time buyer rebates)
* IRD mortgage penalty estimator (posted-rate and discounted-rate methods)
* "Email me this report" lead capture on every calculator
* Leads dashboard in wp-admin with instant broker email notifications

Built for brokers. White-label — your branding, your leads, your inbox.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the `mapletools-canadian-mortgage-calculators` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
3. Add the `[maplcamo_payment_calculator]` shortcode to any page.
4. Configure your broker profile under Settings > Mortgage Toolkit.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Is the math really Canadian? =

Yes. Canadian mortgage rates compound semi-annually, unlike US monthly compounding. Every calculation in this plugin uses the correct Canadian convention.

= Do leads go to you? =

No. Leads are stored on the broker's own website and emailed to the broker. We never see them.
