== Installation ==

1. Upload the fuseforms-for-mailchimp’ folder to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to /wp-admin Settings -> FuseForms MC to setup your forms and choose which MailChimp lists to sync
