A modern food ordering plugin for WooCommerce with a menu grid, options modal and AJAX side cart.

== Description ==

FoodCamp turns a standard WooCommerce store into a food ordering experience. Display your menu in a responsive product grid, let customers pick options in a slide-out modal, and manage everything through a lightweight side cart — all without leaving the page.

**Features**

* `[foodcamp_menu]` and `[foodcamp_category]` shortcodes to display your product catalog
* Built-in shortcode generator page — no need to memorize attributes. Point, click, and copy your shortcode. Options include:
  * Display Type: Full Menu (all categories) or a Specific Category
  * Category picker, when Specific Category is selected
  * Show/hide the category heading
  * Product Sorting: Title (A–Z), Title (Z–A), or Default WooCommerce Order
* Product grid with card-based layout for menu items, each with a one-click share button
* Product options popup modal for variable products, also with sharing support
* AJAX-powered slide-out side cart with quantity controls — add, update, and remove items with no page reloads
* Mark individual products as out of stock, shown blurred with an overlay on the front end
* Works with your existing WooCommerce products and categories

FoodCamp requires WooCommerce to be installed and active.

== Installation ==

1. Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.
2. Upload the `foodies-camp-food-ordering` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
3. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.
4. Add the `[foodcamp_menu]` shortcode to any page to display your full menu, or use `[foodcamp_category]` to display a specific category.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Does this require WooCommerce? =

Yes. FoodCamp is built on top of WooCommerce and will not activate without it.

= How do I display only one category? =

Use the `[foodcamp_category]` shortcode with an `id` or `slug` attribute, for example `[foodcamp_category slug="pizza"]`.

= Do I have to write shortcodes by hand? =

No. FoodCamp includes a Shortcode Generator under its settings page — pick your display type, category, heading, and sort order, then copy the generated shortcode straight into any page or post.

= Can customers share individual products? =

Yes. Both the product cards in the grid and the product options popup modal include a share button.
