The slug is the internal name, and must be lowercase, no spaces, and begin with wc-

Translate is the status to send to ChannelUnity, which will interpret as follows:
"completed" interpreted as "complete" in ChannelUnity
"cancelled", "refunded", "failed" interpreted as "cancelled" in ChannelUnity
Any others are interpreted as "processing" in ChannelUnity
