Terms & Conditions
By activating the FlexShip service, you agree to the following terms:
No Guarantee of Payment: The business acknowledges that Bosta does not guarantee the collection of the Flex Ship fee from the end-customer. While the service is intended to mitigate losses arising from shipment refusals, actual payment depends entirely on the end-customer's willingness to cooperate.
Responsibility for Shipping Fees: The business shall remain fully responsible for all original shipping fees, irrespective of whether the end-customer accepts or refuses to receive the shipment. For clarity, the Flex Ship service shall apply solely in cases where the end-customer refuses to receive the shipment.
Service Fee Conditions: The Flex Ship fee shall be applicable only if the specified amount is successfully collected from the end-customer. A service fee shall be deducted from the amount determined by the business, and the remaining balance shall be transferred according to the agreed payment cycle.
No Fee if Payment Is Not Collected: If Bosta is unable to collect the Flex Ship fee from the end-customer, no service fee shall be charged to the business.
To enable the Flex Ship Service, the business must confirm its acceptance of the above terms.
